Job Roles:
• Responsible for HSS & carbide production as per monthly plan in carbomach department.
• Daily Shift machine sheduling in carbomach Department
• Monthly planning of carbide production by considering pending , FG stock (Nashik /branches)& available RM
• Preparion of monthly CFT PPT,production Data,MIS report Excel sheet & CFT back up data.
• To conduct trials of Carbide tools & preparation of trial report for RM & Geometry comparision.
• Hands of skill on ERP to generate required reports.
• Capable to handle department independently
